To book a Club Stand please message us via:

We will need the following information to create your booking:
- Club Stand Name
- Club Stand Organiser Name
- Club Stand Organiser's Email Address
We will then need Final Number Of Cars along with Car Make & Registrations of your Club Members Cars on your Club Stand sent to us on July 31st.
We will then complete the Site Map and forward the Club Organisers your Club Stand Window Pass.
Everyone entering The Showground will need a General Admission Ticket or Pay entry at the gate.
